I hope you're around when I pass I would be proud for you to ride me away.

Sherri,
The pictures are memories to hold a lifetime. The
honor and respect the Patriots showed my father is beyond describing in words. My
family is so grateful to have gotten to know you and everyone who was
involved  in the celebration of my beloved father. Our
love and support are with you always.

cherish.

Sherri,

I cannot thank you enough for what you and
the Patriot Guard have done
for my grandfather Donald Kohler
tonight. He would be so honored to
know that he was blessed with the
honor and distinction of having both
the Patriot Guard and the Honor
Guard there just for him. The work you
all do for veterans and their
families is truly amazing. You all are
in our prayers and we thank
you for the tribute you have to Don.

Thanks again,
Anthony X.  Flaherty
Grandson of Don Kohler

If only I could do more for Billy.
I could not possibly put a dollar amount on the spiritual, mental and emotional impact on Billy and family.  They described it as a "perfect" and "awesome" day.  I am glad that I have a friend here in North Carolina who is a PG rider and who was the inspiration for the idea.  Additionally I am so very glad that we were able to get this done while he could see, hear, talk, hug, and know that you guys were there for him.  There has been no stronger bonding of any band of brothers than that of the Viet Nam veterans.  I'm convinced that even if we were one of the wealthiest families in America we could never have purchased anything to equal the significance of this event for Billy.
We love you all and you will forever have a place in our hearts and prayers.
Thank you, and thanks to all the PG riders in my home state of Kentucky.

Weedman on August 1st 2009 in Louisville Kentucky. I know my father was looking
down on us all. I am sure he is so proud to have been honored in such a
wonderful way by your group.
He deserved to be honored for his years of service to our
country and I Thank You ALL for being there for him and our family and making

The Weedman Family
Dearest Sherri and all Patriot Guard
Group,

I can never come close to expressing how
grateful my family and I are for everything you guys did.
Even the Funeral Dir. said he has never seen anything that amazing. I know that
my Daddy had the send off that he deserved. That would not have been possible
without all of you guys doing what you did. I was holding up well until your lead
rider presented me with my plaque. I will cherish it for my entire life! I am
going to hang it on the wall along side my Daddy's Army discharge
certificates and my honor roll and Dean's List certificates. ( I am not sure if I
mentioned but I am in college taking Radiology and I am holding a 3.79 GPA and expect it
to only go up.) If ever anyone from your group is down here in Fl. and needs a
place to stay, you guys are more than welcome in my home forever.
P.S. I made it home.
All My
Thanks,

Will ,
Please be advised that the
cemetery clean up mission was a total success. We had over 175 people come
and bring tools, weed eaters, and work very hard in the hot sun.

The PGR was well represented and
there were too many to single out anyone. I could not
believe the turnout. The whole community came together with our
Veterans and various
organizations. I just wanted to make you aware of a fine job done by a
large group of PGR  members...THANKS to the PGR that came and worked
so hard.

This mission was covered by Channel 3 and Channel
11 News.

Mission
Accomplished.

Respectfully,

Walt Oster

Thanks From Walt Oster  Thanks for the great support that you and the manyPGR Riders gave me during the out of State processionOf the three Heroes' we escorted to Arlington National Cemetery. I was so proud that Kentucky was shinning this day 5-26-09. I never seen anything like this in the other States we traveled through. We had a few Police Motorcycle Escorts but nothing compared like the Welcome in Kentucky at all Stops including the Edwardsville, Indiana gas stop. We had about 100 bikes total in Edwardsville and this made the ride to Shelbyville awesome. Sheriff Aubrey was in this escort himself along with 44 of his units. I might add that throughout Ky. There were a total of 74 Police Cars andMotorcycles. I salute the PGR of Kentucky-Thanks to Will ArnoldKentucky State Captain.....David Haynes...Shelbyville# 28 Rest Stop and Julie Curry for the outstanding Kentucky Official Kentucky Stop. She left no stone uncovered...from the meetings with the Mayor to thePorto Poddies and US ArmyBand.  I Salute the Kentucky PGRRiders.  Thanks,Walt OsterMIAP Kentucky

 Sherri,

As always, the support and tribute rendered by the Patriot Guard upon our return is very much appreciated by Honor Flight. Unfortunately, I am always busy capturing our wheelchairs at the end of the flight – so as not to lose any, that I never have the opportunity to properly acknowledge the Patriot Guard members. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to them for adding a very special "cherry" on the top of a great day for ourheroes from yesteryear!

 With Honor, Brian

Dear Sir,

I have the privilege of being an uncle of SSG Gary Lee Woods, and I wish to thank you and your distinguished organization for helping us Honor Gary our fallen Hero upon his final trip home. I am a sixty four year old that shared a common birthday with Gary and my heart was broken to see so many young people morn the loss of this precious life. The over whelming support of the community and the presence of your Patriot Guard sure helped us all in dealing with our loss, at least it feels like others really care and appreciate the sacrifice that was made. This was in every way a difficult service to attend and the rainy weather was no help, I personally thanked Mike Marion one of your riders out of Radcliff, Kentucky for standing out in the rain and he reminded me that SSG Gary Woods also served in the rain. I heard nothing but compliments and good comments about your members while I was in attendance in Shepherdsville, the whole experience just made me even more proud of our men and women in uniform. A painful reminder that our freedom is not and never has been free, and made me even prouder to be an American. May God bless you, your family and the Patriot Guard, and thank each and every one of you for your service to our country and the families of our fallen Hero's. Your mission was well done here.

Again Thank You

Will
Words simply cannot express my Family's appreciation
for everything that was done for my Wife this afternoon.
This is not coming from just a Brother Patriot Guard Rider,
but from a grieving Husband, and Father to very special
young men.
I also send the appreciation of Susie's Family,
and all of my co-worker, and friends, who were present
today. For many of them, it was a "first-look" at
the Patriot Guard Riders. And as always, my Brothers and
Sisters of the PGR Stood Proud, as a show of Respect (and
Remourse) for my Family's loss.

We will always cherish the memories of today, and
continue to hold a special place in our heart for all of
you.

Thank you

Tom, Justin, and Aaron
